Today I'm gonna be honest, I failed at keeping healthy. All I had were pale or white startchy foods. It was bagel day at work so I had a whole wheat one without the cream cheese. Then I had the last bit of leftover penne... and of course it was pizza night at work so I had a slice of veggie pizza. The only green thing I consumed was a cup of green tea.
I sat and worked for about 13 hours straight today... without moving around or stretching which is really bad. I did go for a 30 minute run after work though (i just got back now and I'm still a little bit out of breath typing this) It really made me feel better. But now my poor stomach, I tortured it today.
Whoa, bagel AND pizza day?! That's pretty awesome, er, I mean, tough.
ReplyDeleteBut don't worry, there will always be bad days, and it's good that you are aware of it.
And 13 hours is a LONG time to work! It's great you at least went for a run even after all that. And I never remember to get up and move around during the work day either, but you're right, it is important.
