Good Eats 02

For breakfast I had an apple with a cup of blueberries. My favorite is when I slice the apple up and put a bit of cinnamon on it. So tasty!


Lunch was celery, carrots, cucumber, and snow peas with an edamame hummus.



I had a super fun workout with some guys from work who were helping me tone my core and legs. I felt so energized after the workout. Its a nice change from slouching over a computer.

For dinner i just had a bowl of leftover penne from last night.

I think I drank about 10 glasses of water today, i couldn't stop!

Everytime I feel a craving for a sugary food or snack i drink a glass of water, that seems to really help! The perfect way to end the night is with a cup of hot water or herbal tea, it seems to stop my cravings in its tracks!

  1. Great! I love these, and the pictures, too! I might have to check where you are getting them from, unless you are taking them yourself?! And I applaud your meals - so healthy! I need to get to the point even where I just eat three meals a day with no munching!
